These Terms of Service apply to the services provided by Tint Chattanooga (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at 8353 Dayton Pike, Suite 6, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379, and to your use of this website. By requesting a quote, booking an appointment, or leaving a vehicle with us, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes given online, by phone, or by text are estimates based on the information you provide. Paint protection film, ceramic coating, and tint removal pricing depends on the condition of your vehicle, so we'll need to see it before giving a final price. We'll confirm the final price with you before any work begins.
Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments are available Tuesday through Thursday, 9am–5pm, or by appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the time to another customer. Install times are estimates and can change based on the vehicle and the work required.
Vehicle Condition
Please let us know about any existing damage, repairs, or aftermarket parts before we begin. We inspect every vehicle at drop-off and will point out chips, scratches, or other issues we find. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, failing factory or aftermarket parts, or defects that become visible during prep, such as paint that lifts with old film or adhesive.
Tint Removal and Rear Defrosters
We take care to protect glass and rear defroster lines when removing old film. Film that has aged, baked on, or been damaged can make removal harder, and older defroster lines may already be weakened. We'll tell you about any risks we see before we start.
Window Tint Laws
We'll help you choose film that fits Tennessee window tint laws for your vehicle. You are responsible for the shade you choose and for keeping any required medical exemption in the vehicle. We are not responsible for citations or inspection issues related to the film you select.
Warranties
Window film, paint protection film, and ceramic coatings are covered by the manufacturer warranty that applies to the product installed, along with any workmanship coverage we provide in writing at the time of service. Warranties do not cover damage from accidents, impacts, abuse, improper care, or work performed by others. Follow the aftercare instructions we give you to keep your coverage.
Aftercare
Film and coatings need time to cure. Follow the aftercare instructions we provide, including when to roll windows down and when to wash the vehicle. Damage caused by not following aftercare instructions is not covered.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is complete and before the vehicle is released, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Vehicles left more than a reasonable time after we've notified you that work is complete may be subject to storage arrangements.
Photos of Your Vehicle
We may photograph your vehicle to document its condition and the work performed. We only use photos of your vehicle in our marketing with your permission, and we will not show license plates or personal information.
Website, Analytics and Privacy
This website uses Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. We use standard cookies for these tools and to give you a better experience. We never collect your Google login information, and we never sell your information. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted on this page applies.
